Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are considered late cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge: For rentals of up to and including 5 days – the full rental amount For rentals longer than 5 days – a cancellation fee of up to €200.00 By making a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Please note: The amount paid by card is non-refundable. In case of cancellation or a change to the reservation, the paid amount can only be transferred to a different rental date or issued as a voucher, in accordance with the reservation terms.
